From the ICU bedside to a chair at Glow.
Tyeisha Washington’s career began where the stakes are highest. Across more than two decades, she has spent thousands of hours in intensive care and on neurosurgical floors — stabilizing patients, titrating medications, and learning the quiet discipline of clinical judgment. That experience shapes how she thinks about every body that walks into Glow today.
Her transition into aesthetic medicine wasn’t a pivot away from medicine — it was an extension of it. She wanted to give people the same careful, evidence-based attention typically reserved for hospital rooms — only this time, in a space designed to make them feel cared for, not afraid.
She opened Glow Hydration Station to bring IV hydration, salt therapy, GLP-1 weight management, and aesthetics under one roof — all performed or directly supervised by a provider who has actually run codes. That clinical depth is the difference.
Her philosophy is simple: results that are real, protocols that are safe, and a room that feels like an exhale.
