What is Salt Therapy?
Natural treatment; inhaling dry, microscopic salt particles in a controlled environment inspired by salty air in natural caves. Cleanses the respiratory system, improves skin health, promotes wellness.
How does it work?
A halogenerator disperses fine salt particles. Particles are inhaled; they reduce inflammation, clear mucus, kill bacteria. Salt settling on skin helps with eczema and acne.

How often should I go?
General wellness: 2–3x/week. Chronic conditions (asthma, allergies): 3–5x/week, especially at the start of your treatment journey.
Is it safe?
Yes — non-invasive, chemical-free. Safe for adults and children. Consult a physician if pregnant or have a serious medical condition.
What to expect?
30–45 minutes. Sit in a comfortable chair in a salt cave–style room. Breathe and relax. Similar to meditation.
What to wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing. Expose skin areas (arms/legs) if coming for a skin-focused session.
Can I use electronics?
Not recommended — salt particles can settle on devices and damage screens and sensitive components. Disconnect and relax.
